EARLY AFTERNOON. THE RAIN SHOULD BEGIN MIX WITH SNOW DURING THE MID
AFTERNOON...WITH AROUND ONE INCH POSSIBLE...MAINLY ON GRASSY AND
ELEVATED AREAS BY THE EARLY EVENING. THE HIGHER TERRAIN LOCATIONS
