12 MILES NORTHWEST OF TABOR ROAD TO PINSON...OR ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 13 MILES NORTHEAST OF BOAZ TO 6 MILES EAST OF
GARDENDALE...AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
