* AT 211 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES
SOUTH OF BELGREEN...OR ABOUT 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RUSSELLVILLE...
AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED SOME WEAK ROTATION WITHIN THIS STORM.
