MILES SOUTHWEST OF LILITA...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES
SOUTH OF ALICEVILLE TO 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF YORK...AND MOVING EAST
AT 55 MPH.
