REGION...MUCH COLDER AIR WILL FILTER INTO THE FORECAST AREA. SCATTERED
RAIN SHOWERS DEVELOPING ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA EARLY THIS EVENING
WILL CHANGE TO A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW LATE THIS EVENING...AND
