CENTRAL TENNESSEE VALLEY OVERNIGHT AS A STRONG AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE LIFTS FROM THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO THE MID
ATLANTIC. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF BY MIDDAY SATURDAY...WITH
THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL EXPECTED ALONG AND WEST OF I-65.

MORNING...BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SNOW FLURRIES.
SNOW OR SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...WITH
THE HEAVIEST ACCUMULATIONS ON SAND MOUNTAIN AND LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN.
IN ADDITION...THERE COULD BE A LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF FREEZING
RAIN...ESPECIALLY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS...THAT OCCURS DURING THE
CHANGEOVER FROM RAIN TO SNOW. THIS ICE ACCUMULATION SHOULD REMAIN
LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH.
