DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
GREEN BAY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ANDALUSIA...AND MOVING
EAST AT 10 MPH.
* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
