SOUTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ALABAMA...

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 1129 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE
HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS
WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
HARTSELLE TO RED BAY...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

ATWOOD...
BANKHEAD NATIONAL FOREST...

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. IF A TORNADO
