...THE FLOOD WATCH FOR MORGAN...CULLMAN...MARSHALL...LIMESTONE
...MADISON...JACKSON...DEKALB...MOORE...LINCOLN AND FRANKLIN TN
COUNTIES WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 4 AM...

AT 350 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THE RAINFALL WAS DIMINISHING
ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY. SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WERE STILL AFFECTING EXTREME NORTHEAST ALABAMA. HOWEVER...RAINFALL
WILL REMAIN LIGHT WITH AMOUNTS EXPECTED TO REMAIN LESS THAN ONE
HALF INCH THROUGH MORNING. THUS...THE FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ALLOWED
TO EXPIRE.

ON THURSDAY THE UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
ALABAMA WITH ANOTHER CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...ESPECIALLY
DURING THE AFTERNOON. RAINFALL AMOUNTS COULD BE HEAVY IN STRONGER
STORMS. NORTHWEST ALABAMA WILL HAVE THE BEST CHANCE OF MORE
LOCALIZED FLOODING ON THURSDAY SINCE 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
WEDNESDAY. WIDESPREAD FLOODING IS NOT ANTICIPATED WITH THIS SYSTEM.
