THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
TALLAPOOSA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...DADEVILLE...ALEXANDER CITY

* UNTIL 815 PM CST

* AT 733 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 14 MILES NORTH OF NEW SITE TO 10 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ALEXANDER CITY...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
ASHLAND TO 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALEXANDER CITY...AND MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
NEW SITE BY 740 PM CST
JACKSONS' GAP BY 745 PM CST
DADEVILLE BY 750 PM CST
CAMP HILL BY 755 PM CST

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS...AND DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...PREFERABLY
INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
