THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
COOSA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ROCKFORD

* UNTIL 800 PM CST

* AT 707 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF WEOGUFKA TO 25 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ROCKFORD...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF COLUMBIANA TO 9 MILES SOUTH OF CLANTON...AND MOVING
EAST AT 50 MPH.

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
WEOGUFKA BY 720 PM CST
ROCKFORD BY 730 PM CST
GOODWATER AND KELLYTON BY 735 PM CST

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS...AND DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND
