THINKING OF BUILDING A NEW HOME?
CONSIDER THE COST OF HEATING AND COOLING THAT HOME!

High winter heating bills surprised a lot of people last year and took a
deep bite out of many paychecks. There is a solution that cuts these
utility bills by up to 80% -- building your new home with ICF Technology, or
let us Spray Foam seal your existing home.

Our exterior walls can withstand 250 mile per hour winds, include furring
strips for sheetrock attachment, and create an almost soundproof
environment, all at no extra charge!

Come see us at the Spring Home and Garden Show, March 10-13, 2005.
Advanced Construction Design can do it all: basements, first floor, second
floor, and complete homes!

...Dry Weather Through Weekend...

Just think, it wasn't long ago when our normal high was 52 and the normal
low 32. Today the normal high is 63 and the normal low 40. Back then, in the
colder time, the sun did not rise until 6:52 and it went down on the western
horizon at 4:39. Today the sunrise was at 6:12 and it will set at 5:46. So,
we have gained 107 minutes of daylight since some of our shorter days back
in late December and early January.

We will see quite a bit of that sunlight today as temperatures moderate
quickly this morning and level on in the 60s this afternoon. We will also
have mid 60s on Saturday as the dry weather continues. We will actually have
a cold front moving through during the day Saturday, but it will not be that
noticeable. Following the front, it should get no colder than the mid 30s
Sunday morning.

OUR NEXT RAIN: It still looks like that will hold off until Monday. A cold
front will be approaching Central Alabama during the day. This should set
off some showers by afternoon and those showers will increase in number
Monday night. We think the system will move fast enough to where most or all
of the showers will be out of here by Tuesday morning. Tuesday will also be
cooler with highs dropping back to the 50s.

FRIDAY NOTES: The warmest spots in the USA Thursday afternoon were Laredo
and McAllen in extreme South Texas with 79...the low in the lower 48 was
minus 28 at Hurley, Minnesota...much of northern Minnesota is still covered
by 6 to 18 inches of snow...up in extreme Northern Canada, temperatures are
hanging out between 38 and 42 below zero.

MY TINY CORNER OF THE WORLD: I think I played with little Miss Molly more
yesterday more than ever. The little nut, she never gets enough. I think her
ideal lifestyle would be to sleep, eat and play with playtime taking up at
least half her day. She loves for me to get about 8 of her toys and pitch
them across the living area for her to chase down and bring back to me. Her
favorites are several balls and a cloth deer.
