THINKING OF BUILDING A NEW HOME?
CONSIDER THE COST OF HEATING AND COOLING THAT HOME!

High winter heating bills surprised a lot of people last year and took a
deep bite out of many paychecks. There is a solution that cuts these
utility bills by up to 80% -- building your new home with ICF Technology, or
let us Spray Foam seal your existing home.

Our exterior walls can withstand 250 mile per hour winds, include furring
strips for sheetrock attachment, and create an almost soundproof
environment, all at no extra charge!

Come see us at the Spring Home and Garden Show, March 10-13, 2005.
Advanced Construction Design can do it all: basements, first floor, second
floor, and complete homes!

...Clouds Return Late Today...

More quick weather changes are ahead for Alabama. A developing storm
system over the far northwest Gulf of Mexico will bring clouds into the
state late today after a clear and very cold morning. Some light
precipitation should move into north-central Alabama late tonight after
midnight, continuing into tomorrow morning. The lower atmosphere could be
cold enough for a few snow flakes to be mixed in with light rain along and
north of I-20, but surface temperatures are expected to remain above
freezing which should mean no travel issues if some snow does fall.

We will have to watch for the evaporative cooling effect, which
might cool surface temperatures more than we are forecasting.

The heaviest rain will be over the southern half of the state, and
all precipitation should end here by tomorrow afternoon as the system moves
on to the far eastern Gulf of Mexico.

Friday should be a dry and cool day statewide with temperatures
remaining below normal.

THE WEEKEND: A cold front is forecast to zip through the state late
Saturday night. This feature will bring some clouds back in here Saturday,
and maybe a little light rain late Saturday or Saturday night. Drier air
returns by Sunday.

SNOWY BOSTON: Boston now has a season snow total of 78 inches,
compared to an average snowfall of about 42 inches. Schools has been out so
much this year due to snow that classes have been extended to the end of
June.

STORM ALERT 2005: Tonight is your last chance to see our annual
severe weather awareness tour across the state. We will be in Vestavia at
Mountaintop Community Church at 7:00. The church is just off U.S. 31 and
near I-65. Be sure and come early to get a good seat!
