THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
SUMTER COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ALABAMA
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...YORK...LIVINGSTON

* UNTIL 1030 PM CST

* AT 935 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF YORK...AND
MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
YORK BY 945 PM CST
BELLAMY AND 8 MILES SOUTH OF LIVINGSTON BY 955 PM CST

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. IF A TORNADO
IS SPOTTED... ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A STURDY
