BEEN CANCELLED...
.PRECIPITATION HAS ALREADY COME TO AN END ACROSS CENTRAL AND WEST
CENTRAL ALABAMA...WITHOUT ANY SIGNIFICANT REPORTS OF FREEZING
DRIZZLE. COLD TEMPERATURES HAVE SWEPT IN BEHIND THE COLD FRONT...BUT
THE BULK OF MOISTURE AND PRECIPITATION HAS EXITED THE AREA. LAW
ENFORCEMENT REPORTS IN THE AREA INDICATE ROADS ARE MAINLY DRY...WITH
A FEW FLURRIES FALLING. NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.
WHILE THE THREAT OF SIGNIFICANT PRECIPITATION HAS ENDED...
TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN BELOW FREEZING ACROSS THE AREA. THERE IS
STILL THE POSSIBILITY THAT PATCHY ICE COULD FORM ON BRIDGES AND
ELEVATED ROADWAYS...AS RUNOFF FROM YESTERDAYS RAINS MAY CONTINUE TO
FLOW ACROSS SOME ROADS. DRIVERS SHOULD CONTINUE TO EXERCISE CAUTION
THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS UNTIL ROADS ARE COMPLETELY DRY...AND THE
POSSIBILITY OF PATCHY ICE HAS ENDED.
