HEAVY RAIN TO THE TENNESSEE VALLEY TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. BY
WEDNESDAY NIGHT RAINFALL TOTALS COULD RANGE FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES IN
NORTHWEST ALABAMA TO 1 TO 2 INCHES ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA.
