HEATING SEASON IS HERE!

Don't let winter catch you without having your system checked for a safe and
comfortable season! Call Action Air for your Heating Season Clean & Check
for only $69.

Are you waking up with irritated sinuses? Are you sneezing often when you
are indoors?

Home owners have overlooked the advantages of cleaner air inside their home
to help them and their loved ones with asthma, allergies, and other health
issues. These issues can be compounded during the heating season!

In many homes that have recently been constructed, new products used to
complete this construction and furnish the home emit invisible and odorless
processing fluids into your new home. The ability for these invisible gases
to be expelled is difficult without the help of fresh air exchange.

The opportunity to live in a controlled, clean home environment is here! Let
Action Air install new and improved high efficiency Honeywell Indoor Air
Quality products.
Let your family breath easier and more comfortably in a healthy home.

...Warm October Weather...

The normal high temperature for October 26 is 71 degrees; we should beat
that by about ten degrees across most Alabama communities this afternoon. In
fact, if we hit today's forecast high of 82, we will be within 6 degrees of
today's record high (88 set in 1963).

Enough moisture will remain in place for a few showers, but they should be
rather isolated. In fact, we will have to mention a chance of a shower every
day for the rest of the week in the warm and humid air. But, a strong high
pressure center aloft over the Gulf of Mexico should keep the showers fairly
separated. Temperatures will remain warm for late October.

WEEKEND PEEK: A major storm out west will move into Canada over the coming
weekend, dragging a cold front in our direction. The latest model data
output is showing the front becoming stationary near the Alabama/Tennessee
border late Saturday, and if this is correct much of our weekend will be dry
and warm with only a few scattered showers, mainly over the Tennessee
Valley. Then, early next week, a stronger system should bring a better
chance of rain and storms in here by about Tuesday.

STORM ALERT XTREME: If you are reading this, there is a good chance you
really like weather. So, we personally invite you to our first Storm Alert
XTREME this Saturday at the East Exhibition Hall of the BJCC in downtown
Birmingham at 9:30 a.m. ABC 33/40 meteorologist Brian Peters will conduct
both a basic and an advanced severe storm spotting session, and our
colleague Bill Murray will be there with a great presentation on his tornado
chasing experience in the southern plains earlier this year. There is no
cost, just show up and enjoy!
