LIMESTONE...MADISON...JACKSON...COLBERT...DE KALB AND LAWRENCE

IN TENNESSEE
MOORE...LINCOLN AND FRANKLIN

HURRICANE IVAN IS EXPECTED TO TRACK THROUGH THE TENNESSEE VALLEY
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE OVER NORTHERN
ALABAMA AND PARTS OF SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...AND PARTS OF SOUTHERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE. AMOUNTS OF FOUR TO EIGHT INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
NORTHEAST ALABAMA AND FRANKLIN COUNTY TENNESSEE...WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING IS POSSIBLE BUT NOT IMMINENT IN THE
WATCH AREA. PEOPLE IN THE WATCH AREA ARE ADVISED TO CHECK
PREPAREDNESS REQUIREMENTS...KEEP INFORMED...AND BE READY FOR QUICK
