IN SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...
BAKER...CALHOUN...CLAY...DECATUR...DOUGHERTY...EARLY...GRADY...LEE...
MILLER...MITCHELL...QUITMAN...RANDOLPH...SEMINOLE AND TERRELL.

IN NORTH FLORIDA...
BAY...CALHOUN...FRANKLIN...GADSDEN...GULF...HOLMES...JACKSON...
LEON...LIBERTY...WAKULLA...WALTON AND WASHINGTON.

THE HEAVY TROPICAL RAINS FROM EARLIER TODAY HAVE DISSIPATED. ALTHOUGH
ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE STILL POSSIBLE THIS EVENING...COVERAGE HAS
DECREASED TO THE POINT THAT THERE IS NO LONGER A THREAT OF
SIGNIFICANT FLOODING. HOWEVER...LOCALIZED FLOODING IS STILL POSSIBLE
