EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM EDT (1030 PM CDT) TUESDAY EVENING FOR THE
FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
COFFEE...DALE...GENEVA...HENRY AND HOUSTON.

IN SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...
BAKER...CALHOUN...CLAY...DECATUR...DOUGHERTY...EARLY...GRADY...LEE...
MILLER...MITCHELL...QUITMAN...RANDOLPH...SEMINOLE AND TERRELL.

IN NORTH FLORIDA...
BAY...CALHOUN...FRANKLIN...GADSDEN...GULF...HOLMES...JACKSON...
LEON...LIBERTY...WAKULLA...WALTON AND WASHINGTON.

ABUNDANT TROPICAL MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO IS GENERATING
LINES OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH TWO TO FOUR INCH PER HOUR RAINFALL RATES.
THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO REDEVELOP AND MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ACCUMULATIONS MAY BE SUFFICIENT TO
GENERATE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF FLOOD-PRONE AREAS...CREEKS AND
STREAMS.

BE READY TO ACT IMMEDIATELY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR A FLOOD
WARNING IS ISSUED. DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF THREATENING WATER LEVELS OCCUR.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...CREEKS...AND
OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA. PEOPLE IN THE
WATCH AREA SHOULD KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEATHER AND BE PREPARED FOR
IMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD HEAVY RAINS AND FLOODING OCCUR OR A FLOOD
